- Driving School Licensing
This includes:
- Class A – Motorized vehicles – e.g. coffee truck, food truck
- Class B – Non motorized vehicle (bicycle) with factory pre-packaged foods (e.g. ice cream bars)
- Class C – Motorized or non-motorized vehicles with cooking facilities, refrigeration or contained (covered) food - e.g. chip truck, donut truck, corn roaster, hot dog cart
- Class D – Motorized vehicle which sells soft or hard ice cream prepared or apportioned at the vehicle, which is not stationary in a permanent location e.g. ice cream truck
